Ribbon Cutting - Viola Cafe

The Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce will perform a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10:30 am (EDT) on Thursday, June 26 for the Grand Opening of the Viola Cafe in the heart of Three Oaks. The public is invited to join the new owners Anthony Bellon and Scott King as they cut the ribbon and officially swing open the familiar screen door at 102 N Elm St.  A gift card drawing will take place during the event. Guests can enjoy a featured treat, complimentary beignets and coffee.
 
The long anticipated Viola Café serves all the classics for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, made from scratch and infused with "Southern Charm in Every Bite." The owners, who are originally from the South, recognized an opportunity to introduce a unique dining experience to Harbor Country by offering familiar dishes with a delightful southern twist. Anthony Bellon explains, “We wanted to create a place that felt like home—where the food is comforting and everyone’s treated like family. Viola Café is our way of sharing the flavors and hospitality we grew up with.”
 
The charming spot on the corner has been refreshed while still retaining its historic character. The addition of a new lunch counter provides a wonderful place to socialize and observe the activity of the expanded kitchen. With touches and tones reminiscent of the South, the space offers a cozy atmosphere ideal for catching up with friends or hosting a casual business meeting.
 
Viola Café is open 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (EDT) Wednesday - Monday offering indoor or outdoor seating and inside pick up.
