Come to Union Pier for a quiet and cozy spot to read and relax! Enjoy a good book by the fireplace, under the covers or in a warming jacuzzi tub. Then, join your fellow travelers and the book’s author on Saturday afternoon for good conversation and delicious snacks.
We'll be reading Submerged, by Hillel Levin. This true crime thriller focuses on a cold case that takes place right here in NW Indiana, just over the border from Garden Grove Inn. Mr. Levin will join us Saturday afternoon of the weekend to discuss the book, his prolific career as a reportor and editor, and so much more.
Your 2-night stay includes the book, a Saturday afternoon conversation with the author complete with wine & snacks, and a bag of relaxing goodies for your room. Plus, a delicious homemade breakfast is included both days!
Each weekend is limited to 7 rooms (each room can be single or double occupancy), so book your room now before they sell out! Make your reservation at least two weeks before the Destination Book Club Weekend and you’ll receive your book in the mail before you travel so that you can get a head start on the book.
